Sabay Bar is Koh Chang' s hotest club. Many foreign acts to really get your mood on. On my last visit I saw this totally outrageous Philipino band that played everything from Reggae to solid Blues. It was packed with locals and holiday makers so it made a good mix. Everyone was still there at 2:00 am dancing to the beat. You can choose to groove both inside the bar and outside on the sand.
