Ban Chang Thai has a few very special elephants that love to perform. Consequently they are not only friendly but really eager to please. You can feed them, caress them and get a real feel of what an elephant is all about. On the trek itself you will be mesmerized by the slow rocking and easy going nature of these wonderful animals. It is a time to dream but don't forget to take plenty of photo's especially as you pass through the Pomelo orchards. Wow it's quite a ride just getting here even with their Land Rover. Ban Kwan Chang is literally situated in the heart of the jungle. Apon arrival you can see that this is a true working elephant camp with many of the villagers taking care of their daily chores. Even though the surroundings are rudimentary every passenger is treated to service that makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I loved it ! As you can imagine the trek is fantastic taking you through super green jungles, pass tall trees, exotic flowers and along crystal clear rivers. As a finale they offer each passenger a chance to swim and bath with the elephants at their favorite watering hole. Complimentary pickup and drop off to your hotel is provided free of charge.
