Koh Chang Hospital is the main hospital of Koh Chang island. Residence here appreciate the fact that it is run efficiently by a group of very talented and experienced staff. Administrator of the hospital is Dr. Parinya Podang and Head Nurse is Walapon Prichawong. It is a very clean and progressive facility which continually strives to improve their services and equipment. They have X-ray, Ultrasound, Delivery Room, Ambulances and even a fully featured Dental Clinic. To my surprise they have a Hyperbaric Chamber in case a diver gets the bends. Of course foreigners are welcome. Fees are very moderate compared to the same facilities in another country.
